Fellow sake lover and Plaza Club Executive Chef Randy Whiteford has created a wonderful menu of “sake apetizers” for the evening. The tentative menu includes Tsuyu Pork Belly Sliders, Walu Sashimi, Smoked Saba Rillettes, Grilled Beef Tongue Salad with Arugula and Radishes, a Soba Platter and a Fresh Ricotta and Tomato Salad.
Tickets are only $60 and we’ve already sold quite a few just from preliminary word of mouth. To keep things intimate we’re capping this event off at 120 people. We’ll have the entire 20th floor of the Plaza Club so there’s no chance of feeling crowded. We’ll also be giving out some “Sake Swag” from the different breweries like hand towels and other sake related items to a few lucky people. So be sure to pick up your tickets quickly as we do expect this to be a sell out event. Hope to see you there!
