DESCRIPTION:TIME FOR ANOTHER SAKE TASTING! We’ve decided to sample Shichida sake for our August tasting. An easy decision since Shichida recently won gold at this years U.S. National Sake Appraisals / Joy of Sake event. \nThe BIG TREAT however is that the owner of the brewery\, Mr. Kensuke Shichida\, has graciously agreed to travel all the way from Japan to visit our shop and pour his sake for you in person! \n\nMr. Shichida will be pouring FIVE different sake from his 143 year old brewery including his award winning Junmai Daiginjo and a seasonal unpasteurized sake that is only released during the Summer. \nShould be a lot of fun so we hope  you can join us. And as a reminder\, the new State law requires us to charge for bags (we don’t want to but have to) so please bring your own shopping bag if you don’t want to buy one. \n
