Nihonsakari and Seasonal Spring Sake Tasting!

We’re in for a treat this Saturday as we welcome back to the shop, Sake Sommelier, Ms. Yoko Suganami. This time she’s bringing with her some tasty beverages from Nihonsakari.

And because it’s already Spring and there are only so many days in a month, we’ve also decided to hold our annual Seasonal Spring Sake Tasting at the same time.

So along with the sake from Nihonsakari, we’ll be sampling three seasonal unpasteurized favorites from Harushika, Otokoyama and Koshinohomare.

And for good measure we’re also throwing in a unique and newly crafted flavored sake called “Kyoto Matcha Yuzu” from Amabuki.

This means we’ll be tasting EIGHT different sake this Saturday! I don’t think you want to miss this one! Complimentary as usual. Looking forward to seeing everyone there!
