World Sake Day Dinner at Quiora Waikiki

TO CELEBRATE WORLD SAKE DAY, THE SAKE SHOP PRESENTS A JOYFUL DINING EVENT FEATURING THE SAKE OF TANAKA 1789 X CHARTIER, THE WORLD’S FIRST BLENDED SAKE AND IWC SILVER MEDALIST, WITH A FIVE COURSE MENU FROM CHEF JARED MURAKAWA, CHEF DE CUISINE OF QUIORA, AT THE RITZ-CARLTON RESIDENCES.
Director of Beverage and In-House Sommelier, Ariana Tsuchiya, will guide us on our sake journey at Quiora. This Italian restaurant fuses Mediterranean flavors and ingredients from local farmers, fisheries, and ranchers.
Enjoy World Sake Day with four unique Tanaka 1789 X Chartier sake, including the newest & limited Neipoort – Blend II, each paired carefully for our five-course meals that were approved by Tanaka Sake Brewery’s very own Master Blender François Chartier! François will even be preparing a special video to talk about these sakes.
