Our last big tasting of the year deserves a big bang, so let’s celebrate in luxury with FOUR different Junmai Daiginjo Sake from Tatenokawa! A perfect chance to get some Holiday shopping done too!
That’s right, we’ll be tasting in style from the famous Tatenokawa Brewery, which only produces Junmai Daiginjo grade sake.
You might remember them for also being the first brewery in the world to achieve a sake with a rice polishing ratio of 1%.
And, the sake we’ll be tasting are just as amazing as this accomplishment, with one sake being brand new to Hawaii and another only available for retail purchase from The Sake Shop! It doesn’t end there as Tatenokawa goes above and beyond in their passion for sake brewing by reviving an ancient sake rice native to their prefecture of Yamagata called Soube Wase.
