Hi Brett:

Yes we still carry Narutotai and stock it as a regular item. It's one of our favorite namazake. Hope to see you in November.

Best Regards,
Nadine at The Sake Shop

Do you still carry Narutotai in the aluminum can? I had it recently at an excellent sushi restaurant in Chicago and very few places carry more then 3 types of sake here in Colorado. I'll be in Honolulu for work the first week of November if you have any in stock. I would also try to send my Dad over since he works pretty close.

Sorry for the delay in our response. It's been crazy around the shop this month because of Christmas.

Both the Tokubetsu Junmai and the Daiginjo are great sake that we recommend to customers. The Daiginjo is a higher quality sake and it shows in it's flavor. The Daiginjo is smoother, cleaner and has a more balanced flavor profile than the Tokubestu Junmai. But you will pay more for this quality as the Daigjinjo is noticeably higher in price than the Tokubestu Junmai.

Thanks for your comments and supporting the shop!

I hope I have the day off so that I can come down and enjoy these sakes. I am really looking forward to trying the Urakasumi “Hiyaoroshi”!! This one seems to be a tokubetsu junmai so I am eager to try this one. This seems to be one of the more popular ones at the moment.

I'm soooo excited!!!!!!!

We're glad everyone enjoyed the sake especially the special Kikusui. Sorry for the delayed response, but it's been so busy at the shop recently. Stop by this Satuday if you have time to taste the Hiyaoroshi, it should be awesome!
