CHIYOMUSUBI TOKUBETSU JUNMAI
Elegant on the palate with a quick crisp hint of spice. This Tokubetsu Junmai from Tottori prefecture is well balanced with a medium dry finish. Pairs well with fish and seafood dishes.

Medium dry and well balanced Junmai that drinks smooth.  This sake is made from Toyo Nishiki rice that has actually been milled down to the Ginjo level of 60%. Some people taste a slight cedar or “sugi” flavor although this is not a taruzake.

SHOIN JUNMAI GINJO
Dry and fragrant,  this sake from Yamaguchi prefecture has a floral bouquet of lilac and violets and the tartness of granny smith apples.  Rich flavor with a medium dry finish.
